Our Roots, Our Future

Our story began in 1871 as Bank of Charles Town. Over time, our roots deepened and so did our commitment to the people and places that make the Potomac region home. To celebrate our growth in the region, we renamed to Potomac Bank on November 3, 2025.  Today, we’re proud to serve with the same care and integrity that defined us from the start.
