Obtaining the Accredited Fiduciary Investment Manager® designation provides financial services professionals with the technical knowledge and skills needed to work with fiduciary accounts, trusts, foundations, endowments, and retirement plans.  The primary goal of the Accredited Fiduciary Investment Manager® is to provide financial advisors with stringent educational and ethical standards.

“The creation of the AFIM® designation was in response to a need in the industry for investors to have access to knowledgeable advisors well versed in the elements of fiduciary investing not just suitability investing,” said Duane Lee, Executive Vice President, Curriculum Chairman, Cannon Financial Institute.   “Ensuring the public that an advisor is placing the needs of the client above all else is paramount to the success of financial services.  Accomplishing credentials such as AFIM® through a well-defined education process helps both the firm and the advisor demonstrate a commitment to positive change.”

Leslie Crabill, Senior Vice President and Director of Wealth and Investments at BCT stated, “The AFIM® credential affirms our commitment to serve the interests of our clients first and foremost.  I am proud of Stacy’s dedication in completing this certification.”

BCT Wealth Advisors provides several professional financial support services that include financial planning, trust and estates management, and investment management.
