Potomac Bancshares Reports Fourth Quarter and Record Full-Year 2025 Results

CHARLES TOWN, W.Va., January 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ – Potomac Bancshares, Inc. (the "Company") (OTCID: PTBS), the bank holding company of Potomac Bank (the "Bank"), reported net income of $2.4 million, or $0.57 per basic and diluted common share, for the fourth quarter of 2025. This reflects a 2% increase from the third quarter of 2025 and a 20% increase from the fourth quarter of 2024. Return on average assets was 0.97% and return on average equity was 11.51% for the quarter.
