(the "Company") (OTC: PTBS), the one bank holding Company for Bank of Charles Town (BCT), for the quarter ended March 31, 2021 earned $1.778 million or $0.43 per share compared to $0.719 million or $0.17 per share for the quarter ended March 31, 2020, an increase of 147.3%.
