(the "Company") (OTC: PTBS), the one bank holding company for Bank of Charles Town (BCT), for the quarter ended March 31, 2020 earned $0.719 million or $0.17 per share compared to $0.619 million or $0.15 per share for the quarter ended March 31, 2019. This is a net income increase of 16% over the prior year.
