Charles Town, WV, January 19, 2023 / PR Newswire / – The Board of Directors of Potomac Bancshares, Inc. (the "Company") (OTC:PTBS), the one bank holding company for Bank of Charles Town (BCT), declared at their January Board meeting a quarterly dividend of $0.09 per share.

The dividend is for all shareholders of record on February 3, 2023 and will be paid on February 10, 2023.
