Charles Town, WV, October 19, 2023 / PR Newswire / – The Board of Directors of Potomac Bancshares, Inc. (the "Company") (OTC:PTBS), the one bank holding company for Bank of Charles Town (BCT), declared at their October Board meeting a quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share. The dividend is for all shareholders of record on November 2, 2023, and will be paid on November 9, 2023.
