Independent Banker Cover Story-Alice Frazier Becomes ICBA Chairman

Alice Frazier was featured in a cover story in the Independent Banker magazine. The feature recognized her upcoming Chairmanship of the Independent Community Bankers Association (ICBA), representing all community banks in the United States. Alice's term as Chairman will be 2026 through 2027. She will remain fully engaged as President and CEO of Potomac Bank, with no interference of duties.
