Application must be received by June 30, 2026. Closing costs will be paid by Potomac Bank up to an approved loan amount of $250,000. Promotion effective as of 02/26/2024.  Lines of credit over $250,000 may be subject to closing costs which could include transfer taxes, title insurance, appraisal, and credit reporting fees  ($50 - $2,500). The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) is a variable rate tied to the U.S. Prime Rate (Prime) as published in the Money Rates table of the Wall Street Journal.  As of 12/11/2025, Prime was 6.75% making the effective rate for a Home Equity Line of Credit 6.75%. The minimum APR will not be less than 3.75% and the maximum APR will not exceed 18.00%. Finance charges begin to accrue when funds are advanced. Property insurance is required on collateral. Should the borrower close the account within 36 months of when the HELOC is opened, the borrower will repay all closing costs paid by Potomac Bank.  Once all required client information and documents are received, Home Equity Lines and Loans can close in as little as 10 business days, though not guaranteed.
