BCT-Bank of Charles Town Appoints Jessica Robinson as Branch Manager of Its Flagship Office

CHARLES TOWN, WV, March 3, 2025 /PRNewswire/ (OTC: PTBS) – BCT-Bank of Charles Town, also known as BCT-The Community’s Bank, recently appointed Jessica Robinson as Branch Manager of its flagship office in Charles Town, West Virginia. Ms. Robinson will lead the bank’s most productive branch in its client service and sales efforts. She reports to Ron Burley, EVP and Chief Retail Banking Officer.

Prior to joining BCT, Ms. Robinson served over 13 years at United Bank, beginning as a Teller and advancing to Branch Manager.  In addition to bringing exceptional banking experience to BCT, Ms. Robinson’s community involvement fits well with BCT’s core value of Community Focus.  She currently serves on the Advisory Board for West Virginia’s Promise Youth Alliance.  In addition, she is an active member of the Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce and volunteers at the Boys and Girls Club of Jefferson County as well as the Jefferson County Communities Ministry, where she is a past Board member.  Ms. Robinson also serves as the coach of the Charles Town Middle School volleyball team.  She is an active member of Crosspoint Church of God.  Past community service includes being a member of the Application Review Committee of the United Way of the Eastern Panhandle, volunteering with the Animal Welfare of Jefferson County, and participating in Charles Town Now business development activities. 

Ms. Robinson is a graduate of the West Virginia School of Banking, an intensive multi-year program offered by the West Viriginia Bankers Association.  She maintains licensure for health and life insurance. Ms. Robinson is a graduate of Leadership Jefferson XII, and graduated from Jefferson High School. 

Having lived in Jefferson County, West Virginia, her entire life, Ms. Robinson has an exceptional understanding of the local businesses and community. Her banking expertise, coupled with her deep-rooted connection to the local economy, enables BCT to strengthen and expand its relationships with more residents in the area. Outside of work, Ms. Robinson enjoys spending time with her husband and their two young adult children, participating in their sports and school activities, and traveling.
