ALERT: "Spoofing" Texts and Cellphone Calls on the Rise

September 25, 2024
Recently, several clients have informed us of "spoofing" fraud attacks using text messages and cellphone calls purported to be from BCT. Be vigilant to protect your privacy and accounts. Reminder: BCT will never call or text you asking for your personal or account information. If you have any doubt about the legitimacy of a text or call from BCT, ignore those and call the Client Care Center directly at 1-800-296-8431 to inquire. Do not tap on any links in a suspicious text. -BCT Operations-
